We reply either way, within two working days. If it isn't a fit we will say so plainly, and where we can we will point you somewhere better.
We fund every build from our own balance sheet, so we take on a small number of operators at a time. If we are already in a build cycle, we will say so and keep you on a short list for the next slot rather than pretend we can start next week.
Before you write
This model only works for operators who already have a route to a buyer. It is worth checking which list you are on.
A fit
- You have deep domain expertise in wealth or health, and you already know the buyers
- You can sell. The gap is the product, not the pipeline
- You want to keep your equity for the people who fund your growth later
- You want a partner whose upside depends on your revenue, not your budget
Not a fit
- You have an idea but no route to a buyer yet
- You want passive investment without running the business day to day
- You want a fixed-scope build with no ongoing relationship. That is an agency, and we are happy to recommend one
