Windmill Ventures is a venture studio in Baar, Switzerland, building for WealthTech and HealthTech operators. We fund the build from our own balance sheet and are repaid from revenue — or not at all.

Why the model is shaped this way
The person who knows the buyer should own the company
Most models take equity from the person with the market access and give it to the people with the capital or the code. We would rather be paid, and leave the company with the operator.
Incentives beat intentions
An agency is paid whether or not the product sells. We are not. That single difference changes what gets built, what gets cut, and what we tell you when we disagree with you.
A capped return is the point
An uncapped share of your revenue is a tax. Ours has an end date and an end number, both written down before we start.
