Longevity is fragmenting into clinics, coaches, diagnostics, supplements and wearables, each holding a slice of the same person's health data. The client experiences it as a series of disconnected appointments.

A connected record and the workflows around it for clients, coaches, clinics and longevity centres — diagnostics, continuous monitoring, guidance, supplements and centre-based interventions in one system — built around continuous health data rather than one-off assessments.
Why it matters
In an emerging category the infrastructure position is more durable than the service position. The clinics will consolidate; whoever holds the connected record across them is harder to displace.
